卡尔·邓尼茨（Karl Dönitz，1891年9月16日－1980年10月24日），第二次世界大战期间德国军事将领。曾任第三帝国总统，总理，作战部部长，武装部队统帅，北部战区与民防司令，海军总司令，潜水艇部队司令，海军元帅。希特勒死后接任德国国家元首，是二战结束后受审的主要纳粹战犯之一。
